Our organization is all about reaching the lost for Jesus and serving the least of these.
While we would love to say that we are completely funded by donations, the truth is that not everyone is willing to give. We do not allow that to stop us from doing the work of God's Kingdom!
The Founder of the Ministry, Zach Speegle decided to branch out like Paul in Acts 18:3 to do some "tent making" on the side to help alleviate the costs of operating the ministry. Zach started "BALM Builders" a for-profit limited liability company. BALM Builders subcontracts the Barracks for Tree Service and is working on expanding in order to hire graduates from the Program for it's construction crews.
The Men inside our Discipleship house who've proven their integrity and good work ethic are recruited for the Tree Service Crew and in addition focus on demo work, and lawn care. Graduates are given the opportunity to either enter into Leadership as a Barracks Full-time Staff member or be recruited onto the BALM Builders Construction and Remodeling crews.
